Destination Showrooms

Every room we design begins with how it feels—the quality of light, the rhythm of movement, the balance between openness and intimacy. Furnishings follow form and proportion, creating what clients call aesthetic magic.

Interior Design

Many showroom visits start with a single piece and grow into a full design project. We shape the structure, flow, and feel of a space so it works for the way you actually live.

Real Estate Staging

Premium staging that bridges a property from listing to sale. Buyers can purchase staged pieces, continue with our team, or visit the showroom to carry the same style into their next home.

Take It Home

In-stock pieces leave with you the same day or arrive on a delivery you can plan around. No long lead times for the items you fall for.

Luxury Living Attuned to Your Lifestyle.

Why Our Showrooms
Are Worth the Visit

Light, flow, and texture get the same attention as the sofa. The pieces you take home are built to be lived in.

  • We carry pieces made to be cherished today and treasured for generations. Honest materials, considered craft, and a sense of where each item came from.

  • Hundreds of items in stock across our two showrooms. Most pieces are ready to take home or deliver, so a room can come together in days, not months.

  • Our team is here when you have questions and out of the way when you want to explore. It is our pleasure to help you bring a piece into the right room.

  • We source globally and curate locally. The result is a showroom that feels like it has stories in it, with each piece carrying detail you can feel.

From First Conversation to Final Reveal

One team, one designer of record, and a design process timed to your travel window.

  • We start with a conversation about how you live and how the home needs to function. For Park City projects, we discuss the season, the guest count, and the travel windows that shape the install. We also cover the budget so the scope is grounded in reality from day one.

  • Our team translates the conversation into a layered plan: space planning, materials, furnishings, and the rhythm of light across the rooms. You approve at every milestone. Travel and local inspiration ground the selections, with global pieces sitting alongside materials sourced close to home.

  • We schedule the install around your calendar, often timed so the family walks into a finished home. Our team handles delivery, professional placement, and the final styling that makes a room feel alive. The vision becomes a home you can actually live in.

A Family Story, Carried Forward

Julie founded Nomad Soul in 2015, rooted in a culture of hospitality and a belief that beauty belongs in every home. Today, her daughters carry the firm forward across both showrooms. Our Park City project history runs through the Wasatch Back community, with completed homes including Bald Eagle at Deer Valley, Rossi Hill, and Norfolk Ave. at Old Town.

Beauty is meant to be lived in, with family at the forefront. For homes built to host more guests than they sit empty, that belief shapes every selection, every finish, every fabric. The result is a home that holds the lifestyles of today and the generations who follow.

For Park City Realtors, Developers, and Builders

Park City moves fast, and the trade partners we work with need a firm with the expertise to keep up without sacrificing the finish. We coordinate with realtors marketing premium listings, developers furnishing model homes, and operators on hospitality projects across the Wasatch Back.

Our in-stock collections support compressed timelines, and our dedicated single point of contact keeps communication clean. We bring custom interior design and a wealth of completed Park City projects to every new conversation.

A Trade Partner You Can Rely On

Home staging is one of the highest-return investments a seller can make before a listing goes live. Real estate agents, developers, and builders who understand that importance work with us on a standing basis: in-stock collections that move on listing timelines, a team that handles every detail without agent supervision, and staging that can secure stronger offers by helping home buyers imagine themselves in the space from the first tour.

We work directly with agents and their clients, with developers staging new construction, and with builders furnishing model homes. One point of contact, clear communication, and installs delivered on time.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Many of our Park City projects are second homes for families who live somewhere else. We run the project from a single point of contact, with photo approvals, milestone updates, and an install timed to your travel window. You stay in the loop without being on site. When you arrive, the home is finished, not in progress, and the rooms are ready to be lived in.

  • The consultation is a conversation, not a sales meeting. We discuss how you live in the home, the season, the guest count, and the preferences that shape your install. We cover the scope (whole-home design, decorating, or a mix), the rooms that matter most, and the timeline. By the end, you have a clear sense of what working together would look like.

  • Timelines depend on scope. Decorating projects and in-stock installs can wrap in weeks rather than months because our collections are sized and stocked specifically for full-room sets. Full-scope interior design with custom selections runs longer, but we coordinate the install around your travel window so the home is ready when you are.

  • Our Park City project history covers mountain homes renowned for modern luxury, second homes for families coming and going across the season, and renovations of existing properties where the bones are right but the rooms feel unfinished. Named projects in the Wasatch Back include Bald Eagle at Deer Valley, Rossi Hill, and Norfolk Ave. at Old Town. We are equally comfortable on new construction, mid-project renovation, and decorating work.

  • Yes. On new construction, we coordinate with architects and builders from early in the project, so light, flow, materials, and furnishings carry the same intention. Our team handles selections, sourcing, and the final install. You get a finished home, not a punch list and a furniture order.

  • Most design firms sell style. We work from a philosophy we call Frequency Architecture, which focuses on how a space feels as much as how it looks. That means light, flow, and texture get the same attention as the sofa and the rug. We create rooms you can live in fully, not ones you tiptoe around. The quality of the materials, an understanding of the home's nature, and an eye for detail make the difference.

  • Yes. Our Heber City showroom anchors the Wasatch Back side of the firm, and we work regularly across Park City, Deer Valley, Old Town, Midway, Jordanelle, Red Ledges, and Kamas. The geography is part of the design: mountain light, open volumes, and homes built for guests shape how we select and place every piece.

  • Pricing depends on scope. Full-scope interior design carries a different investment than decorating or in-stock installation. We give you a clear sense of the budget at the consultation, once we have a sense of the rooms, the timeline, and the level of customization. No surprise line items. No pressure.
